We want everyone to be able to attend our classes!
In order for our schedule to run smoothly and accommodate our clients, we ask that you recognize the following policies.
CLASS CANCELLATION (BY CLIENT)/NO SHOW POLICY:
A LATE CANCELLATION is defined as any class canceled within the 12hour window prior to the start time of the class.
A NO SHOW is defined as any reservation that is not cancelled and the client does not attend their reservation.
A late cancellation/no show fee of $10 will be charged to each client with a month unlimited package who late cancels or does not attend their reservation. Fees will be charged to the card on file at the end of each business day. If your card is not on file, one day will be deducted from your package. If you have a session package, you lose that session.
*If you want to change classes, you are responsible for cancelling out of the class you are changing from and letting management know so that you may be excused from a cancellation fee.
WAIT LIST POLICY:
If a class is full, you may be put onto a wait list. You will receive an email informing you that you made it into the class when another client cancels their reservation. It is your responsibility to check your email (don’t forget to check the Spam folder!).
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:
We ask that you arrive to class no later than 5 minutes after the class start time. A late arrival after 5 minutes will risk losing the reservation to a standby client and may be asked to leave. It is best to arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time so that everyone will be ready to begin the class on time.
